Events Coordinator

Job Description

Complete planning and organization of events from start to finish, including concept design and execution. Coordination with stakeholders, such as suppliers, speakers, technical teams, and event partners. Ensuring all necessary logistics and equipment are in place. Managing the budget and costs associated with the event. Overseeing the running of the event and ensuring it is successfully executed according to plan. Dealing with any emerging issues and ensuring customer and participant satisfaction. Preparing final reports for the event with recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills

Previous experience in event planning or similar field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. High organizational and administrative skills. Familiarity with event planning tools and techniques. Ability to be creative in designing and implementing ideas. Knowledge of both Arabic and English languages ​​is an added advantage.
